During the process of taking a program through Landmark Education, I organized a community event called "Which Way is Green?" My hope was to bring together local businesses and community members to discuss the issue of creating a healthier environment. I also wanted to promote the upcoming Green Fair in London Grove Township in May.
There is a lot of talk about "going green," but not everyone knows what to do or where to go to get pertinent information. With the help of several sponsors, we held the "Which Way is Green?" event at Dansko in West Grove on Feb. 18th.
We had a great turn-out, especially considering the weather didn't cooperate! The location was perfect. Dansko has an award winning green building--perfect to hold a green event!
Thanks to all that attended. Keep a look-out for information about the London Grove Township Green Fair in May.
